Karen and Damien eloped on a perfect spring day in Washington DC at the DC War Memorial. The circular, open-air, structure built almost entirely of Vermont marble, provided an intimate space for just the two of them and their officiant. They had a sweet and simple ceremony and then we were off to explore the surrounding areas for lots and lots of couple portraits. Even though the location seems right in the thick of things, it is also it a little off the beaten track giving you some privacy for your event.
