On a hot July day, Julia and Jon helped create some art of their own during their National Portrait Gallery engagement session. 
When it’s July in Washington DC, you either take photos at the butt-crack of dawn or take the party inside. Thankfully for everyone, Julia and Jon chose the latter. 🙂
